I am switching over to a ultra-performance laptop for some mobile work, and I thought, just for a moment, about buying an off the shelf LT from a major brand manufacturer. Then I remembered how Puget supported me for 7 years with technical questions – and even sent me a free upgraded Bluetooth and Wi-Fi adapter well into the machine’s 5th year. Received my new Puget LT earlier than its estimated ship date, and WOW is this new unit a beast! Screaming fast. Beautiful. 10/10 would repeat.

Coming from Mac to PC (Windows 11) had its numerous challenges but certainly no fault of Puget Systems. When I received the machine, some cables had shaken loose but it was a quick fix on my own. I’ve done business with Puget Systems since 2008. Have two of their original laptops, and two desktops. (All of which still function perfectly) With all that, I’ve had to make exactly one call for tech support. The issue was resolved in less than half an hour, and I’m back to the flawless function I’ve come to expect from anything Puget. When you order they LISTEN to what your needs are, and perhaps more importantly, what they aren’t. Their systems are both exactly what you need and wonderfully stable. I had gone through a lot of computers of different brands over the years, but after my first Puget, no more. I will only buy from them, because I enjoy living without the headaches and frustration of lesser systems, and dealing with wonderful people.

Working with Puget Systems has been a first-class experience from start to finish. I ordered a workstation and from the beginning discussions to the deliver of the product the process has been flawless. After ordering computers from Dell over the years, and while those were fine, I will now only get my computers from Puget Systems. That will happen next year when I will need another workstation and a smaller computer.

Got a senior technician to tell me that I was crazy, that my light which had been blur for over ten moths, was actually white not blue and that he could not find a senior VP to agree with me so I would have to wait till Monday to get some ass whole to call me to tell me that I could not get a refund. I WILL NEVER BUY A SYSTEM FROM THESE GUYS EVER AGAIN, and I hope that you never buy anything from that AT ALL..

I purchased one of their computers fourteen years ago. In fourteen years I never had a problem with it but it was getting a bit outdated so I ordered a new one and just received it. I had a little trouble migrating my data to the new computer so I called technical support and they knew exactly how to resolve it. Top quality product and excellent customer support, what more could you ask for.

Eight years ago, I bought my first Puget built computer at the recommendation of my son. When it was time to upgrade, I didn’t have a very hard decision. Again, an outstanding product and purchase experience. Eric walked me through the hardware details (did a fantastic job educating this antique buyer) and Puget built a great product for me. When it arrived, it was up and running in a couple of hours. Excellent packaging and instructions. I wouldn’t buy a computer from anyone else. Thanks to you all on the Puget team!

This thing is fast, quiet, and well-built. The whole thing came together in two days, and worked like a charm. I love this machine!
