Overview
When a single workstation simply won’t cut it, moving to rackmount nodes allows render farms to harness the power of many video cards spread across multiple server nodes. This 2U rackmount server supports up to four full-length GPUs via a redundant 2600W power supply. With only one additional OctaneRender license per node, you can dramatically improve rendering performance whether working from a laptop or one of our powerful PCs.
This unit includes dual 1Gb Ethernet ports built into the motherboard along with numerous faster network adapter options, so it can be customized to match your existing infrastructure. For more information on network rendering, we recommend reading OTOY’s excellent documentation.
